I was looking at their return policy and it says I can refund the product as long as I don't open it and they'll pay return shipping and I'll receive 100% back. Especially when I read a lot of people having to return multiple monitors due to the whole lottery. I expect high standards but after seeing their "8 pixel return" and reading a lot of bad talk about returning monitors I'm afraid I'll experience the same. I'm pretty picky and especially when I put down 650 dollars. It's a 27" Gsync 1440p/165hz IPS and I'm worried that I'll lose the lottery and they'll end up charging me to send them back or declining my RMA because they don't think it's bad enough. I just ordered a monitor last week from Newegg which I thought was a good retailer but recently I've been reading about their customer service in recent times, in particular with monitors, and it sounds pretty bad.
